X3 series

BMW Macau hosted a car launch for the newly released X3 series at its showroom. Over 300 guests and car manias were invited. Celebrating the event, GC applied lighting, projection and refraction as the event elements. The showroom was stylish decorated and transformed to a stage and party venue overnight. Accentuating the ‘X’ event theme, a contemporary metal X art deco was fabricated as eyeball capturing icon, which was a semi-X structure and refracting to a complete X by mirror. A pop Jazz band was performing during cocktail reception. An official 3D TVC was played in 3D televisions. To officiate the kickoff, video and laser was projecting on a 7m-long electric-operated screen, which tailor-made for the event. Echoing the X-theme, a dancer was performing and motioning laser beams in X pattern to celebrate the event. GC was the event design, production and logistics manager, and also soliciting and coordinating with sponsor.
