Fear of Change is manageable as long as it is handled with finesse. GC decided that user experience is the key to the success of this campaign. Started this project with comprehensive research on the behavior of the users, after only thorough understanding then we devised a complete strategy to promote user understanding of the PSS booking system by knowledge based workshops, encourage touch point experiences, inspire users with entertaining programs to reduce fear of change then induce perks to assure user acceptance. The right strategy is absolutely the initial element to achieve client’s objectives.
Strategy without executions means nothing, this campaign totally utilized the rest of our 6 core elements and activated every component perfectly, positively introduced the new PSS system to its fullest, created an environment for users to adopt and embrace Change with the right mindset!
